We purchased two guinea pigs through Petco! The colleagues there are so kind! They were very helpful in picking them out! Since we have gotten them home, they have been so kind and cuddly!

Waiting weeks for an appointment for my kitten to get his shots and deworming and first exam. Took the morning off if work My appointment was for 11:50. They sent a text at 11:00 saying it was cancelled. Staffing problems I guess. Tried to reschedule but no appointments until the 25 or 28. My kitten can’t wait that long. Going to start calling around again for another vet. Very bad practice. The lady said there were 78 appointments today that were cancelled. She said she wasn’t looking forward to all of the angry phone calls. No I bed she isn’t. That is no way to treat patients. Poor Oz has to wait now until I find another veterinarian I wish I could do no starts What is happening to customer service and good service and morals in all of these corporate businesses. Fir

Do NOT purchase salt water livestock from this store! I've had a reef tank for almost 6 years now and have purchased from Petco and other local salt water fish retailers. I haven't had a problem until now. I purchased 2 fish 3 days ago. One for 30 and one for 70 dollars. The 70 dollar Wrasse died within 3 days. My water parameters are spot on in my quarantine tank. When I brought the fish home, the salt level from the store was very low compared to the 1.025 that I've always kept my tanks at so I did need to perform a salt water drip over a couple hours to safely add them to the quarantine tank. Long story short, I took the carcass back to the store and was told that their guarantee does not apply to salt water fish. Ok...so why didn't someone tell me that at checkout? Why didn't

Do not shop at this store. They are not transparent with their guarantees or lack thereof. Purchased saltwater fish and was never told that they are not guaranteed. A 70 dollar fish died within 3 days. I have perfect water parameters and the other fish I bought are fine. I was told that they dont guarantee saltwater fish when I brought the dead fish in...they never said anything about it at the time of purchase. I woukd have never purchased livestock wothout a guarantee, jad I known. Ive spent a lot of money on fish, and supplies over the years, and never brought anything back. You dont treat customers like this. They have lost my business. I will tirelessly work to make sure others I know do not shop there either.

Deborah is an amazing groomer. She was very attentive to my dog when I brought her in, she did a beautiful job on her groom and she was so friendly when I picked her up and let me know how my girl did and how much she loved grooming her. My dog also seemed very happy and relaxed so I know she was treated very well. I highly recommend having Deborah groom your babies. I know I'll be booking with her all the time now.
