Staff is very professional and friendly. Vet is very helpful and informative. Put all my fears of taking on a dog to rest. Best of all I can tell my new pal, Mr Bubbles is already feeling better. Recommend them highly.

Maplecrest cares for my older dog and most recently my new puppy. The puppy is skittish and anxious around new people. The staff went above and beyond to get us into a quiet room and handle the pup with extra TLC. Thanks, ladies!

Perfectly fine service but felt a tad overpriced, I came in as an emergency as my dog had gotten into a tiff with a neighbor dog which left her ear bleeding. We took her in and they checked her out and stopped the minor bleeding. When I went to pay they wouldn’t allow me to have a bill, and instead insisted I pay- understandable. But almost 150 dollars for a shaven ear and a dab of powder seems like a rip off, they also tried to send me home with more stuff that I politely refused and they said okay. Very kind responses there. They explained they typically only take appointments… then why call yourself an animal hospital? Does that not indicate a more open walk in availability? Wouldn’t clinic be more fitting? It just seems like a lot to be charged because I wasn’t aware a walk in would co
