I needed to groom and board my mini goldendoodle. I called two other places and did not receive callbacks. Happy Tails answered the phone, upbeat and sounding like a place I’d want to take my girl. She suggested before boarding, bringing her in for a grooming service first which was a great idea. They did a great job with the grooming! I have groomed her myself in the past and anytime there are knots of any kind it makes trimming difficult and takes a lot longer so I expected a higher price. When I brought her back a week later for boarding, she was very happy when we got out of the car! She was happy to go inside the building which is very telling to me that she enjoyed it there! We have taken our shi tzu here several times and always like his cut. The people are very friendly. You can see the gromking area just off the entry way. They give a report for the dog each time as to how their condition is. This is the only place we will take him. The latest time he had a little silk necktie which was really nice. Gonna keep it for him for the holidays.

I never have any worries bringing my guy here. The workers are very attentive and they are able to answer any questions I have had. My guy comes out looking great and in very good spirits. Last time he went he was falling asleep during his grooming if that tells you how relaxed he was.

if I could give 100 stars I would, Through a mishap in scheduling I brought my babies in for an appointment at the wrong location, without missing a beat Sherry smiled and said "We got you" She was able to not only get one of my pups groomed but both!!!. the level of customer service this place has for its customers is what all businesses should aim for. The groomer took time to explain in detail what he did, and what products he used and truly showed such love to my babies as if they were his own. I am beyond overjoyed to be a loyal customer to them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
