Petco

Petco always gets a bad rap but I've had nothing but great experiences with this location for many years now. The staff is always friendly and willing to help me out. I even adopted my cat here 3 years ago through their rescue partnership with Journey Home. They always have treats and crickets on hand too for my snake and tarantula

Alicia the manager and Amanda were very awesome! I’ve been having trouble with my rewards account not logging purchases. I mentioned it and instead of shrugging it off, they called customer service and got to the bottom of it. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The store and all of the employees are wonderful however the front door has a horrific metal on metal screech every time it opens and closes. My dog was really frightened by it the last few times we've been there so I won't be able to take her there until it's fixed. I hope that will be soon!

Organised, neat, polite helpful staff. Friendly and accepting of all backgrounds, and always a good Pitt stop for my pup to pick out his favourite toy. Thank you Petco team !

Double the price for a ball that was 20 dollars with taxes at lease wow lost me as a customer incredible the price gauging in this area 28 dollars for a peanut butter playology ball insane other petco is 18 and in Petsmart it’s 15 but 30 that’s ridicules
