We have been taking our dogs to Glenwood Veterinary Clinic in Glenwood Springs for over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. We have two senior dogs, so we’ve had several checkups and some procedures done. From day one, the entire team has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. What truly sets this team apart is the way they build relationships with our pets. Dr. Johnson and the staff take the time to connect with our dogs, giving them plenty of pets and treats to make visits a positive experience. An amazing experience every time! We have been patients for almost 5 years now and have received honest, detailed and prompt care for my dog. From reception, to the doctors and technicians, we have a pleasant experience all around. We live 30 minutes away, with other vet’s nearby, but we choose Glenwood Vet due to their staff and care! Dr Johnson and Dr Freeman are wonderful. Honest, caring and always providing detailed information. They truly care about helping your pet, which is very refreshing. From routine appointment's to procedures, I could not recommend this place enough!! My dog has a great visit every time we go due to all the love and care received. 10/10 would recommend!!

The doctors and staff at Glenwood Vet are the most attentive and thoughtful people i have worked with. I use to manage a vet clinic and this one is the best. Highly recommended.

We had a pretty awful experience with this place and I would tell anyone planning on seeking care here to look elsewhere. There are just too many better places in the area to waste your time and money here. My boyfriend’s dog took a pretty severe turn around thanksgiving. He was established with glenwood vet so he took him there. They gave him fluids and did blood work. He was started on antibiotics and appetite stimulants. My boyfriend took him back for a basic ultrasound. With little improvement over the course of a week we were told he would need a more specialized ultrasound and likely a biopsy of an identified nodule. At that time my boyfriend asked if this was cancer, the response he got was that we don’t have enough information at this time to make that diagnosis. We prepped the dog

Dr. Vonce and his staff are exceptional. I was babysitting my daughter's older large dog who was rapidly declining. They came out to my house and assessed the dog and gave recommendations for treatment. Unfortunately, the dog continued to decline due to age and health issues and Dr. Vonce called each day to check on him. My daughter made the difficult decision for euthanasia so he would not have to continue to suffer. Dr Vonce and staff came back to our house and offered comfort, compassion and support. He gave detailed information at each step and shared that we are giving a gift to our special dog so he can climb the rainbow 🌈 bridge. They were very in tune with the difficult situation and their demeanor made all the difference for us. Thankyou.
