There store is kind of messy. Maybe because they are over stocked. But I was able to find everything I needed. Employees were very helpful and friendly.

Got a standard short haircut for our Aussiedoodle and they did an amazing job! Our previous place in the South Bay would have uneven jobs and knick her from time to time. Yet, none of that here. I’m happy we found a regular place for our pup.

Willie, my 90 pound pit loves people by licking them. that's ok unless you are in line for checkout holding a 50 pound bag and forgot activate your points. Your staff saved the day. they got me through the process in a few minutes and used humor to calm the others in line...though they were mostly petting Willie.

I normally like this store, but I will not be returning after my last visit. I tried to buy my pets prescription food, like I normally do and have never any issue doing at any Petco. It appears that the rules have changed and now they require you to have a new prescription card after a certain date and go see the vet to get it. I understand the intention behind this is probably good, but generally a new prescription for food is not written every time you see the vet unless requested, and I've been many times since the prescription was written. Additionally, I was not informed of this policy and now my pet has to go without appropriate food and might get sick while I wait for a vet appointment. This policy is unsafe to pets and should come with a notice at the very minimum when a customer i

They are always so friendly here. I take my Dog to get his grooming here once every two months and they are amazing. He is treated well and they understand his barking is for hello not aggression, the silly Beagle that he is.
