Jake had so much fun during his stay for Christmas. The crew followed his eating schedule that was provided. Loved how the crew interact and played with him and corrected any wrong doing Jake did. They give a report card of how he was and what things he liked, I thought that was great. They also gave him a Santa stocking filled with toys and treats he loved those :) Jake got pampered as well on the last day of his stay it was grooming so he was clean and fresh upon going home. Jake really loves the Folsom Dog Resort I take him there for everything. The crew is super nice and friendly. I plan on making another reservation for next Christmas. Thank you :)

I originally dropped my 8 month old puppy off for the 5 day puppy package but after thinking about it decided to do 10 days to give him extra leash support & healing. I am happy to say that he walks on my left beautifully now with no pulling or tugging. His obeys commands as well & I am working with him 3 x per day to reinforce what the trainers taught him. So far, so good on day two of his return home.

I had poor initial visit but it went good the second time. It was not made clear at interview about the sending of photos and paw reports. I thought they were sending photos of dog and progress reports every couple of days. I only received 2 reports during training. It would have been better if they made that clear at interview. The best part was when I saw them demonstrate what she had learned and how she responded to Laurie and how Laurie was so patient, kind, and loving with my dog. I was literally in tears because they really loved her. I also appreciated all the time Laurie took to explain what I need to continue to do.

Horrible experience. Brought 2 pups in for evaluation. I had to ask for a tour of facility and got a less than half tour. Employee hurried me theough and changed the subject when I asked to see the small dog section. The big dog section reeked of urine. Outside, the ratio of dogs to one employee seems outrageous. Dogs could barely turn around. Left pups for eval. Employee later text me that she was bothered that she had to 'deal with my 2 dogs" but, suggested they come back for an overnight stay. Upon pick up, one pup was covered in urine and no employee offer a towel or wet wipe or simple bath to wash feet and belly. When we got home both pups ran to water bowl and drank half of it. Then, one went outside a peed the longest pee. Who's running this place? I saw nothing but teenagers and

I've been here twice now, each time for dog boarding and I must say, they do a great job! The first time I took my dog here, they advised me to use the half day play since she is a more low energy dog. This time went really great! I signed my dog up for 2 nights boarding + premium grooming and she came out clean & sparkly! They even clipped her toenails! She also smells really good, like honey. :) Overall, I was really impressed and will keep coming back here.
