First time at Pampered Pet Salon, and I’m so glad we walked in! Nicki was amazing — she really knows how to talk to people and went the extra mile to help get my doggies’ rabies records. Everyone there was super friendly, and Lauren was incredibly patient with my pup Rio. Unlike other places (like Petsmart, where we were rushed and even turned away), Pampered Pet Salon took their time and treated my pets with real care. They didn’t just get groomed — they got pampered, and they totally deserved it! My doggies came out looking handsomely beautiful and had a wonderful time. This will definitely be our new go-to spot. Highly recommend!

I have been loving Pampered Pet for 8 years now. I would bring in my bichon mix and my yellow lab and they both turned out beautifully every single time. We sadly lost our lab, Maggie, but we still bring the bichon mix, Louie! He’s 13 and they give him the royal treatment! So happy to be a loyal customer! Love Brad! Love Candace! Nice place but this last time we went, after a full groom and nail grinding my old Yorkie still had a dirty face. I spoke with the groomer and declined the offer to wash her face again (I was on lunch break and had to get back to work), and asked that they pay more attention next time. I also asked that they add notes. So I’m a little disappointed. But they do good with this old girl. She’s 15 years old. They charge $80 plus a tip that I left before seeing my dog. We get a full professional groom every other month.
