Petco

This store is well-organized and very clean. They offer a wide variety of supplies for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and more. The staff are truly professional and helpful. Special thanks to the team who assisted me in finding the right food for my little bird. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend visiting to experience their excellent service!

I have used Petco for years, this is the first time I’ve used them in Indiana. Dropped off my dog for a 10:15 appt, they called me at 11:47 saying she was done. And unfortunately I couldn’t get there right then as I was making arrangements for a family member that passed. So Petco called me every hour until I got there at 3:07. They left me messages about a 5 hour max limit, well her appt was at 10:15 if that’s when they start the clock, she was done at 11:47 and I got there at 3:07. Naturally I wanted to be there sooner but sometimes life happens unfortunately. I told the girl that was calling and leaving messages I didn’t need to hear any explanation on why she was calling every hour and this situation will never happen again. That’s it, no profane language or vulgar language of any kind

Always amazing people even if it’s a new face. I love this location. Even on a cold day , it’s always warm and welcoming. Summertime is cool and inviting. Plus, they usually have what I’m looking for. If not as good substitute is recommended.

The staff was friendly and the beta we bought was beautiful and in clean water.

I bought a emerald crab for my reef aquarium. The employee bagged him up for me. Only in a single bag. Emerald crab cut the bag. I stopped at Uncle Bill's pet center they gave me another bag so it turned out fine.
