I brought my puppy in for a bath, nail trim, and buff, and had a great experience. The grooming manager was excellent, and her staff was just as amazing. You can tell those girls truly care about every anxious pup that comes in and out!

I walked into this Petco and intentions to spend over $100 in pet supplies. The manager was on floor was nice enough to ask me if I needed help I explained to her I already find the items that I needed thank you but when I went to the register, I needed to use the ladies room so I asked the cashier that if I can use the cashier while I was putting my items on the register, he explained to me because of stealing in the store that the bathroom was not available to the public. I explained to him that I was out of state and that I had had a long ride and that I could speak to the manager when she came out she kindly explained that there was no bathroom available for customers so then I decided to leave all the merchandise that I have picked out for my puppies because I refuse to participate, l

What a terrible human being and a terrible company!!!!! What a terrible, crappy experience. So I have been bringing my dog here for yeeeeeaaarssss. In his record it states he has anxiety and its bad. Shaking, panting, everything, so we always make sure we have an appointment and get to our appointment on time. We try to help ease his anxiety as much as possible. In the lasr I have gone here because they understood him and they have been great at handling him. Well today we go just to get his nails cut. We do our normal routine, holding him, reaffirming him. My husband walks in and is trying to get him registered for his appointment. My husband is at the REGISTRATION DESK and another customer comes in a couple of seconds later. My fur babies see their groomer Jusine every 4 weeks for the past 3-4 years and they love her. And we also purchase their food here. Never had an issue.

I was very disappointed, price changes every time bring my dog in for grooming , still the employee made it difficult and confusing for me about trimming and styling, made me feel uncomfortable. I had to bring my dog back home
