Petco

This is not the first petco… it’s like petco doesn’t hire the right people. Always see fish dead, anemones bleached-melted, softies completely gone. I try to come and rescue some and it’s just not worth it. It saddens me to see this as a reef keeper myself. It’ll be nice to come to a local fish store where they keep their aquariums in check. I’ve seen in some petcos where the worker just brushes the dead fish off. Do better.

I recently visited the Petco store in Coral Springs, Florida, to purchase a chinchilla. Honestly, I was quite anxious and nervous about buying a chinchilla from a store since I couldn’t find a local breeder. I had some reservations about purchasing from Petco or similar shops. However, when I arrived, I decided to check the chinchillas’ condition. I was pleasantly surprised by how well cared for all the animals were. The cages were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to hold the chinchilla and inspect her to ensure she was healthy. They also let me offer her a little treat. After that, I went to the checkout, where the staff explained all the details to me. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this Petco. I want to share a positive review for Ernesto at Petco. We’re still searching for a guinea pig, and he patiently answered all of my questions. Ernesto was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Idk what is happening in this store but this isn’t the first time we’ve walked in and seen a dead animal in a tank. Very disappointing to see a clearly underweight dead bearded dragon with others walking all over it the others kept picking at the glass because they were hungry. Would not recommend shopping or even getting a pet from here

The rudest, most arrogant, and incompetent veterinarian I have ever seen. We left Boca Raton, miles away, to see this arrogant woman named Jerry Costas simply because her assistant recommended her. She is extremely unpleasant and I would never recommend her, nor would anyone ever go to her. I'm sure this isn't just about me; I'm certain she's been equally rude and arrogant to other people, exhibiting such low-quality behavior. Furthermore, she drops needles on the floor when giving injections and doesn't wear gloves; she acts like a butcher. I'm sure people will take this review seriously in the future. She uses her own unhappiness negatively towards high-energy pet owners. That's why my husband and I feel so good about leaving her to her own misery. I'm only sad that I took my pet to such
