Petco

Absolutely wonderful experience. Did not have a lot of funds and two of the workers helped me with discounts and such to help me able to get my lil hamster Sparky who is so full of energy and is fitting in very well at her new home. The workers communicated well were very patient tans understanding of my situation. Definitely a petco I’ll be shopping at regularly. I’ve never been more impressed with a petco than I was this one! Thank you worker!!!! 💕🐹

I shopped at this Petco along with my family. We have quite the menagerie here between our cats, dog, guinea pigs, and a snake. It’s so nice being able to go to one store for everything. The staff is pleasant and very helpful.

I visited another Petco who sent me here for the item my dog needed. It was being held but, when I arrived no one could find it. They searched for 20 minutes before calling the associate at home to figure out where it was. Then at the register, the cashier stopped in the middle of my transaction, to adjust the harness (& give treats) to a dog that was already exiting the store. After all the time I'd already spent waiting for them to locate the item I came from Roseville to buy, I was stuck waiting for her to close out my purchase. The customers behind me moved to a different line. It was a very time consuming, unprofessional & inconsiderate experience.
