The prettiest saltwater fish and starfish around! Also cute baby rats too which are hard to find! They had the large dog tie out cables that are hard to find too. Friendly staff that helped me find what I needed right away. Nice store! Ill be back! Animals look super healthy too, love the sets ups! Definitely be back for a baby rat soon!!!

Maxx enjoyed his first haircut today! His groomer did a fantastic job and was very gentle with the little guy. The manager's customer service skills could definitely use some fine tuning, though. Otherwise, a decent place for pet grooming at a reasonable price

UPDATE: I emailed using the instructions by Petco and no response after a month..not surprised. This review is specially for the mobile vet intake technician. We made an appointment for 10:30am and arrived early for check in. The technician that checked us in was very professional and friendly. There was a second technician that was the complete opposite. It started when she was trying to correct me with how I was using a leash and not a harness. I have been a dog owner for 30+ years and our one year old dog was a bit nervous being in a new environment with many dogs and cats waiting for an an extremely long period of time to see the vet. This location is just for straight to the point... don't look for extra customer service, you won't find it here on Western..but you will find what you need as far as supplies for your pet. I gave 4 stars because it's convenient location. But comments about grooming are True! I loved their grooming in the past but the student grooming is the worst, you can't be taught how to groom without love and passion in what you do, not only for pets but their owners too. So with that being said Petco make some changes ostars will continue to drop and doors will soon close for business.

The store looks amazing and has a great selection. I will definitely come back, but I won’t be purchasing crickets here again. I can’t believe I paid $0.20 per cricket. I usually pay between $0.10 and $0.13 per cricket in Chicago or Burbank.
