Petco

Mr. Jarold, the manager, was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He greatly assisted us with our situation, enabling us to return a product we were not satisfied with to a different Petco store. I would not mind traveling a few extra miles to this particular store, especially knowing that all employees here will assist you with online order pickups or returns.

Came in for the fresh water aquarium plants there was one tank 2 for 1 sale! But the roots and up the stems were rotted. In the fish for sale I counted 5 fish dead! And one had become dinner for the others. And really got me and why I'm here, I needed ear medicine for our puppy dog 🐕. Looked it up on the internet on Petco's site 25.00 on sale for 19.99 I thought that's nice, available at Hanberry store for pick up. Got went to buy it that will be 30 dollar plus tax. I said it's on sale then it was 25 dollars then I show the Petco sale for 19.99.....thanks?

This is the closest pet store near my home, so I usually go here. I’ve been keeping fish for almost 7 years and decided to pick up some Priscilla tetra (2) and add them to my large community tank with guppies, clown plecos, Cory catfish, platies, snails, etc. All my fish were doing amazing, the tank was thriving, and within a day or 2 of putting those 2 fish in there they BOTH had ick disease/parasite covered in white spots and twitching. It had spread to almost every other fish in my rank, and killed one platy , one Cory catfish, one pleco, one Lyretail guppy, and has spread spots onto my other platies neon tetra, etc. These sre fish I’ve had for a very long time and were otherwise healthy until Petco’s fish were added. I have never experienced anything like this or even had any problems

My son and I walked in with our rescue puppy, looking for a few items. We were greeted immediately and even given coupons (which we used same day). I then needed help finding items and the young a behind the register brought me right to them and chatted about his dog with us. Super helpful and friendly. So much so that my teenager even said - wow they were so nice! Every time we go - always great.

I don’t normally shop at a pet store as everything seemed so convenient “online;”however, when a food shipment for my new sphynx kitten didn’t show up as expected I told myself NEVER AGAIN. I want to be able to walk into a store and buy my cats “special food” and have complete control. Sure, things may be a little more expensive but you don’t buy a sphynx without that expectation to begin with. Especially when you get the customer care both Anthony( store manager) and Kayleigh (customer associate) greet you with at the Petco off Hanbury road. They both were diligent in finding the perfect fit to my kittens needs. If Anthony didn’t know something, he used his handy dandy electronic tool to figure it out about his products. Kayleigh went right to the product she felt would meet my need, and
