The photo on the left is what i got today. The one on the right is what I got on my first visit. I'm totally disappointed with the service today and how this was handled. First, my appointment was changed without a phone call to see if this work with my schedule. Second, I explained to the groomer about how much to cut and she ignored my request. Now my sweet girl has a botched haircut and she refused to put a bow on her. The groomer stated that she could not put bows on puppies. The first visit was great, and the groomer took good care knowing that this was her first time. This was explained to the groomer today that this was her second appointment. Wonderful store and great people . The membership is worth it . I would always check to see what deals they have. Love the proximity to other stores as well. Big parking lot as well

We recently bought a baby king snake from this store! We named him Oreo and he is beautiful and healthy. The lady who assisted us was very knowledgeable, friendly and relatable! Thank you!!

I don't usually buy fish from chain stores for this very reason, but I saw a platy and fell in love. I was only going to get 1 but a sign on the tank I was buying from said "buy 3 platy get 1 free". Since there were exactly 4 platys in the tank I got them all. I'm not complaining that it took 20 minutes to get someone to help me. I am patient. However, after I paid for my fish I realized they had charged me for all four fish. I waited my turn again and asked if they had mistakenly overcharged me. The employee told me the sale is on platys and my fish aren't platys. I said, "but they are platys" and showed them to her. She responded, "yeah but they didn't come in as platys". I understand the store was understaffed with only two employees during a busy time, and I want to acknowledge that’s a challenging situation for any retail team. However, my experience with the aquatics associate was disappointing. While I waited patiently for assistance, when she finally helped me, it was clear she was still frustrated from a previous customer interaction. The standard questions about my tank setup—size, age, stocking levels, species—were asked in a tone that felt less like a conversation and more like an interrogation.
