Petco

Jess is phenomenal! I've been taking my deaf Frenchton, Luna, to Jess starting not long after I adopted her. Luna is always very happy to see her friend, and I love how everybody in the store all seem happy to see the pup come in, whether for grooming or shopping!

They were really helpful. Every time I go, everyone who works there are very kind very knowledgeable and very helpful. I observe they are that way with everyone. I’m so glad there is a Petco here and it’s wonderful to have professional and knowledgeable people to help you with all your pets needs

Petco in Charlottesville is okay, but it’s really small. They don’t have nearly as much stuff as other locations, so it can feel limited. If you want a bigger selection, the PetSmart near Alamo Drafthouse is way better products and brands imo, and just easier to find what you need.

It’s a smaller Petco but they had everything I needed for my pet bird. Nice workers and clan store.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Went into this petco to use the women's bathroom and couldnt get to it because they were blocking it with table full of stuff. Had to move the table to just get into it. 6 inch gap. Once inside of the bathroom, i had seen there was NO toilet paper, NO soap, and NO paper towels. So how are the people suppose to wash their hands and stay sanitary? Spreadinh germs/covid/feces. Thankfully i have sanitizer in my purse. Once i open door to leave, someone had pushed table back to the door of the bathroom basically blocking a way out. I will be calling Corporate. I would call health department if i lived in this state. Also aisles were messy, most of the cat section was empty.
