Monticello Animal Hospital

Our cats have been going to Monticello Animal Hospital for a few years and they are always kind, gentle and try to make the experience a positive one which I appreciate. Lots of treats. We especially love Dr. Hoy! Dr. Hoy has been very helpful with addressing odd behaviors in our geriatric cat and helping him be more comfortable in his older age. Our new kitten had a thorough first exam by Dr. Haynes who was excellent and informative! She is a great addition to the team. Their vet techs are also very skilled and helpful. Even when there is an emergency, they can usually get my cat in the same day. They have handled some urgent emergencies with injuries and sickness and the cats have all felt better. Dr Hoy and the entire team at MAH provided the absolute best care I could ask for to my medically complex pup Rowdy up until the very end. They were so kind, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond time after time for my boy. I can not recommend them highly enough.

I was helping a friend put her 18 yearold dog to sleep.. Dr. Anderson was incredible as was Dr Rose. It was my first experience with this hospital and it could not have been more positive... They were extremely kind to my friend who was devastated.

We had to put my mom's dog down due to kidney failure and everyone there was just great to us. They explained all our options and at no point made us feel rushed. They were actually kept there after closing time but told us repeatedly to take all the time we needed. They really went above and beyond for us at an extremely difficult time and we so appreciated it. The costs were also made clear up front and less than we were expecting. Sincere thank you to all the staff!

Exceptional care from start to finish! The front desk staff, technicians, and veterinarians are all incredibly compassionate & professional. I’ve always had consistently excellent care for my pup over the past eight years. 💗
