We used this location for grooming. They called to extend the time to give extra care to our nervous pet. Then when I arrived for pickup, the manager stated the need to ensure an even trim and so Emma worked to give that final touch. Very pleased with the outcome

I have had multiple nails trims with Declan for my chihuahua. They were incredibly attentive and kind with my dog, making him feel comfortable right away. The nail trim was done quickly and efficiently, without any stress for him. I really appreciated how gentle and caring they were throughout the whole visit!

I’ve been a loyal Petco customer for about five years and generally have had good experiences. Recently, I went in to buy some mollies for my newly cycled tank. I explained that I used water from my well-established fish tank and that I had introduced snails to show the tank was stable and had living creatures thriving in it. However, the staff member insisted on discussing ammonia and nitrate levels and wouldn’t sell me the fish until I brought in water for testing. While I understand the importance of water quality, the way it was handled felt a bit patronizing, especially since I’ve been in the hobby for a couple of years. Petco used to be my go‑to place for food and treats for my dogs and cat, but after my recent experience I really regret signing up for their services. I was talked into getting the Vital Care Premier plan so I could use the discounts for food and grooming. On paper it sounded great, but in practice it’s been extremely disappointing—especially on the grooming side. I brought in my two dogs for grooming and it felt like the staff just didn’t want to work with them. One of my dogs is very anxious and needs patience. At the start, I clearly explained that he doesn’t like having his paws held. He can be a bit much, but we have never had issues at other groomers. At Petco, they told me that if he stayed agitated and didn’t let them hold his paws, they wouldn’t be able to groom him at all. There
