Petco

When I first walked in I was greeted by a young lady who was feeding the kittens. We chatted for about 10 minutes.. she was very pleasant, very warm and fuzzy conversation... just overall pleasant. The young man that assisted me with the purchase of my beta fish was very knowledgeable about the fish and what was needed to contain the fish in its aquatic environment. Both of them was pleasant and very professional.

Great staff, super helpful. Loved the selection of pre-built cat trees!

First time trying this location. Grooming services mediocre at best. Unsure dogs were bathed. Seems more like a blowout with pondering. Back to PetSmart I go. Huge disappointment.

I found a stray beagle on Stonybrook Rd. The City of Bowie was unable to assist at that time but recommended that I go to pet store for a chip scan. I went to the Petco on Annapolis Rd. and was assisted by a woman named Mary. She scanned and found the chip info, and then was incredibly patient calling and waiting for the chip copmany to respond. The chip company connected us with the owner and "Princess" has been returned to her grateful owners. Mary went abovea and beyond, and shou;ld be commended. She has won Petco a loyal customer.

Horrible. I wanted to take advantage of the 20% off event at petco . I saw it online . The representative. Blacl skinny man with blond dyed hair did not help me at all amd refused to even help me look for the coupon code online. A simple click on the website would have brought it up. He made me feel like I was holding up the line and like he didnt care about my business. Would not recommend.
