Do not buy animals here. Unhealthy, unsanitary and sad. Every single fish tank is disgusting. Dead fish, active ick infections and waste covering bottoms of tanks. And it's always been like this. For the past few years I've come to this store it's been beyond disappointing. Reptiles and small animals aren't any better. Over crowding and incorrect husbandry. Get it together. It's disgusting.

I love all the ladies that I’ve met at Petco. Buster has been having a really hard time transitioning since we arrived Christmas Eve. Nervous Norman, separation anxiety, and super sound sensitive. They have all been so patient with him and love on him whenever we go in for a visit. ❤️

I never have issues going here at all the staff is always friendly and answers any questions you have. The fish tanks are very clean and I almost never see any sick fish. Even the smaller animals they seem to take great care of. The only thing I dislike about this store is they clip the wings of their birds which is extremely abusive but I know the individual employees and stores don’t get to decide those things

Brenda is the sweetest manager, she was so kinda to us and our 14 month old son and the employees have been so knowledgable and helpful when it came to our fish and tank setup. The selection for dog food and items is great as well! We’ll happily support Brenda and her friendly staff any day

One of my favorite pet stores. I drive an hour just to go here. Salespeople are friendly and helpful. I know buying reptiles from a petstore is looked down on, but ive had very good luck with ones that I have adopted from here. Not so much from the "breeders" I adopted from. I will continue to go here to rescue/adopt. I hope they continue to hire people that care about this animals.
