After a bad experience at another groomer, I let my poor shih tzu go too long without a professional cut, and my DIY skills are lacking to say the least. I was met with grace and kindness when I brought her scraggly butt in, and less than 3 hours later (usually it’s 4-6 at the other place!) I picked up a happy, smiley, well-groomed old lady and immediately made our next appointment. I cannot begin to express how grateful my fur mom heart is to have a place I feel safe leaving my girl at.

This was my first time taking my pup to this groomer and I loved the experience! They were great at asking exactly how you want your dog to look when you first get there before the appointment. My dog looks great and I loved the little accents they added to her! The staff and groomer who groomed my dog was so kind and loving to my girl. As an anxious dog mom and finding it hard to leave my girl in others care I can say I trust this place and will 100% be coming back when it’s time for another groom! This is the place to go!

We have been taking our 2 dogs here for a couple years and they are fantastic! 💗 Cam has been amazing with making sure they are comfortable with their regular nail trims and spoil them when we do occasional bathing. The whole team is professional from the ladies at the desk, groomers and the owner Lisa. We love bringing Shadow and Stella here! Also, would like to add that I was in the lobby when that lady a couple months ago came and got extremely hostile for no reason at all. They were all professional and I stayed there until they left in case the police needed a witness. Her dog looked like a girl dog and they did a beautiful job on its long hair too. When we can spread kindness, let’s spread that like confetti as these woman did not deserve your yelling. Thanks again to the Paw-Metto
