Carolina Veterinary Critical Care

We've had two experiences here now, and both times excellent service was provided. Obviously if you are here, it's likely the worst of circumstances for your pet... But the staff really handles it well and we've had a positive outcome both times thanks to quick, attentive,and skilled veterinary care. Price is reasonable considering great location and services provided at all hours of night, weekend, holidays. A true asset to the Bluffton area!

We’re incredibly grateful to Carolina Veterinary Critical Care for the outstanding care they gave our German Shepherd. Dr. Jeanine Lane and her staff were professional, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They answered all our questions, provided timely treatment, filled most prescriptions in-house. A truly great doctor and team! God bless you all!

This staff was wonderful! Crosby ate my glasses. We found most of the parts but we were missing half the stem, so we saddled up at 10:30pm and drove from Lady’s Island to Bluffton in record time, due to the late evening non-existing traffic. We were seen right away, Crosby was examined, Xrayed and made to vomit. Sure enough, about ten pieces of sharp plastic were produced without surgery! He was given an anti-nausea shot and thought the whole adventure was fun!! We were all home in bed by 1:30. $650 later, we opted for pet insurance. They also found twigs, leaves, grass and bark mulch. I can recommend Carolina Vet Critical Care as well as pet insurance if you have a dog that eats EVERYTHING!!

We have used CVCC twice in the last few years. They are AMAZING. Last night, we had Dr Liz Ross and she was fabulous. She was kind, thorough, compassionate and knowledgable. She was busy but gave me, and others that were there, her complete attention. The staff was fabulous and caring. I highly recommend!! Excellent!

The staff at the emergency room were incredible. When our foster-to-adopt kitten had an emergency, they responded right away and ensured he received the care he needed. They handled all the necessary phone calls to get permission for treatment and were compassionate and attentive every step of the way. Even though our kitten sadly didn’t make it, we know they did everything possible to help him.
