I stumbled into the store with my 3 year old to get some fishes or turtles. We came across Kyler who saw us looking lost and asked if he could help us with anything. I’m greatly appreciative for this opportunity to express how professional , friendly , and knowledgeable Kyler was. I truly appreciate all the advice and we will see you guys back in a few weeks for fish. We are very excited to raise fish and turtles thanks to Kyler we have everything we need an the knowledge to prevent a fatal Mistake from happening. thank you for welcoming us so warmly !

I had such a great experience with Karley at Petco! She did a wonderful job with my pet’s haircut it came out exactly how I wanted. She was kind, professional, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your pet!

First, the lady working at the grooming clinic knowing Hazbin Hotel is already a good start (if you know you know). The way they took care of my dog, the amazing work they did in bathing her, descending her coat, making her super soft even two weeks out and very kind and compassionate people. This is definitely my PetCo of choice

I’d give zero stars if I could. I brought my senior dog in for a routine nail trim, and from the moment Carol took him to the back, he was treated poorly. She placed the leash tightly around his neck and dragged him toward the grooming area. The door hit him in the face as she walked through. Watching this was shocking and unacceptable! Once on the table, my dog was visibly distressed, shaking and drooling. Despite this, she raised the table while he tried to escape and ignored his obvious fear. A restraint was placed around his neck, and he began violently whipping his head back and forth while she did nothing to comfort or calm him. My partner couldn’t continue watching because it was so upsetting. I eventually had to ask staff to console and soothe my dog something that should never

This happened a while back but it’s the reason I stopped going to grooming salons. I booked an appointment 3 days in advance. They called me and said they had a few cancelations and that I could come in 2 hours earlier. I rearrange my schedule to come in earlier. Once I get there there is one other dog being worked on. I tell them I will wait and just ask that they not crate my dog since I’ll be there. They tell me that I have to pay extra to work straight through, that I have to pay to make my dog a priority non crate. Makes no sense since I got there 2 hours earlier to help accommodate them… they still crated my dog bc I didn’t walk over fast enough when they finished. I was within eye sight of the grooming area. I don’t like crating my dog bc he got sick once bc of the lack of steriliza
