The waters are all filled with algae and the guinea pigs hutch is completely filled with poop. And they have no hay,. As someone who works at a pet store elsewhere this is borderline abuse! Do not bring your business here. The only good part about this store is the groomer, Shana. Other than that this store is horrible.
