The staff at the Apopka store are amazing! They are always helpful and welcoming. This petco is one of the only ones I’ve been too where I see the staff really cares for the animals and try to do everything they can for them. Love this store and everyone there!
Animals are well cared for with clean cages and ample water. James was very helpful when I expressed concern for a ferret. He actually stopped what he was doing to immediately address the issue. I thought the ferret didn't have water, but its bottle was full. Very friendly and courteous customer service. So happy with my experience.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this Petco. Everyone is friendly from the time I walk in the door until I walk out. My Lab Foxy has been going there since I got her as a puppy almost 2 years ago. Everyone loves her and she loves them too. And she loves the free cookies. 🤣
Always clean and everyone is so friendly! Never having an issue with getting someone to help me. And they make my dog feel comfortable while we shop.
