Found everything I wanted. The associate that helped me was wonderful, but when she needed help from her co workers, they didn't seem very supportive. Not her fault at all, but made me feel bad for her.

Ordering online was easy as usual. Trying to pick up my order was not. The two customers in front of me had multiple things going on. Trying not to be rude for the very long time I waited, less than 20 feet from my order. Picking up has to be easier.

Was difficult to find what I was looking for. The food I wanted wasn't where it should have been from the labels on the isles. There was carts everywhere with product that was needing to go out, paletts as well. Made it difficult to move around. Was going to show my son the fish in the tanks. There was water all over the floor and only a wet floor sign. The lights for the fish tanks were off as well, very odd experience. Recommend fixing the water issue around the tanks, big hazard especially with little feet that are excited to look at fish. Visited 12/12/2025 Check out staff was good, no reason to complain or anything. Not above and beyond. Just normal.

I love going to Petco they have so much stuff and always have what I need. I love to look at the animals they have there. In a pretty good area and obviously it's fine for your dogs to go in.

I feed a specific food to my cat, but the boxes I prefer to buy of this brand is always out! Could more boxes of the Whole Hearted pleasing pate 5.5 oz cans be ordered? I am obviously not the only consumer at this location that continually buys it.
