I bought almost 200$ worth of supplies for my reptile enclosure. The staff whose name I didn’t get was super knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I signed up for their value program which cause some confusion with the computer, the employee helped everyone else in line per my request and handled the situation with patience and confidence. At the end of the line, she had Alex check me out and I got over 40$ off my purchase! Highly recommend the program if your a regular buyer of supplies at pet co and highly recommend Alex and her coworker who again I didn’t get her name.

My 11 year old husky Joker gets groomed here on a regular basis. He absolutely loves it and he loves Sarah as well! I highly recommend their grooming services!

Bought a Beta Fish, tank, and supplies. The gentleman in the fish department was so helpful and so knowledgeable about my fish. I absolutely love my tank and Baby Girl 2 is literally living her best life ✌️🐟💜

They are always there to help! I had a problem with my dog’s food and they were able to resolve it and help me out. Love this place! 2 people I want to give recognition to is Jasmine and Bridget. They were quick and efficient with resolving my problem. Thank you!

This Petco is outstanding! My pup is so hyper and Makenzie and now Sarah have been topnotch with her. They give her a wonderful haircut and they are great with her. She actually loves going!!! They do a superb job and I am extremely pleased with the service. Thanks also to the cashiers who are also very pleasant! You can just tell they are all animal lovers! My pup is wagging her tail the minute she see's them!! Thank you all so much "Amherst Petco!"
