Country Club Kennel

Repeat customer, brought my dog for a single overnight, and asked if they could give him his seizure meds with food at night and in the morning. I was assured they could. Again at drop off I explained the medication and was assured it would be given. At pickup I asked if the meds were given, and I was assured they were. I look in the bottle of meds I provided and all the pills were still in the container. None of the food I provided was given. When confronted with this issue, I got an apology but no effort to make the situation better, or even an "I hope your dog is ok." I will not be giving them my business any longer.

Can’t say enough good things about Country Club Kennels! They are wonderful people and are exceptional with how they handle our pets. Great personality’s too! My girls love them and I know how much we love them too! Highly recommend this place! Very clean and neat.

Been going 20+ yrs starting as a kid with our 2 family dogs. Now, my wife and I bring our pup here, won’t go anywhere else. You can see how much of a family environment it is by everyone’s photos on the wall from the first time they came in with their pups. Nothing but love for the team, great people! Pup always comes out like a million bucks!

Country Club is the best groomer in town! We love their attention to detail and consistently great cut for our poodle. We love boarding there too! Our dog always pulls us to the door and can’t wait to see Steve and his team. They are happy to feed our dog the (raw) food we bring and allow us to bring toys or other items from home to make the stay comfortable. Steve is an expert with a great background training military dogs. Always appreciate his advice!

This is the only place we will take our dog. Steve and staff take such good care of her and she absolutely loves going. We don’t like having to kennel her in general but when we do we know she is in good hands here and we don’t have to worry about her. They also do a great job grooming her while she’s there.
