HCVH has the most caring staff! And I've had several circumstances that have illustrated their honesty. One of my dogs has had a few scenarios where I had concerns, but it then turned out that it was nothing that needed treatment. They could have prescribed any number of treatments or tests, knowing I'd do anything for my dogs, but they only charged me their lowest rate for an exam. They gave him a clean bill of health and we were on our way.

I appreciate everything about your services. The staff are welcoming and friendly and I have the sense of almost an old fashioned country vet. It is uncrowded, which makes my cats comfortable. There’s no waiting to get into into a room so no time for them to get nervous. But there’s nothing old fashioned about the expertise and services. They are up to date and knowledgeable and share that during appointments. Thank you.

My girlfriend's Chihuahua was having some issues with her teeth and needed to have a few extractions done in order to relieve her pain. We scheduled with HCVH and they were able to promptly schedule both pre-op and surgery, and the entire experience was smooth and professional with an excellent bedside manner. Her pre-op visit was just to take some blood samples and to give her a general physical, whereas on the day of surgery she was dropped off in the morning and picked up by mid-afternoon. While she was expectedly dazed when we first got her, it became obvious that she was feeling better by the next day based on her appetite.
