Petco

Just had one of the best experiences at this Petco location. Kyle, you are so amazing and really went above and beyond. You provided me with so much information and even let me see what hamsters were soon to be available. I have had many hamsters, but already, this process was a lot more exciting and fun thanks to you. Can’t wait to pick up my new addition!! Thank you, Kyle!! 🙂

I took Ziggy, my male yorkie to Petco for a routine bath. We had used Petco several times and I was pleased with the results. But, this last visit I was called by the veterinary hospital that they had Ziggy there because he had a cut on his tongue. Well, you can imagine my response! Mind you, Ziggy is a true Yorkie who thinks and acts like a big dog😊. They ended up giving him a antibiotic and inflammatory prescription. I noticed each time I’ve gone to that particular Petco the groomers are different. I will be forming a relationship with a consistent groomer who knows Ziggy’s personality. By the way Ziggy is fine🐶

The store and staff are ok but had a bad experience attempting to adopt a kitten, we went there with my kids, found a kitty we loved, filled out the form they require and they never got back to us. I called Tears of Orlando and they said the kitty had been adopted but that someone would look at our application and get back to us "right away".... It's been two weeks and adopted a cat elsewhere The store makes money out of pet adoption, they should make sure the Organizations they work with are not such a glaring disappointed.

Staff are friendly and very helpful every time I come in. Recently, I had an issue with a storewide discount not being applied on the Petco app on the last day of the sale/discount. I called the store and they said the item should be included on the 20% off and that if I came into the store, they would make sure I got the discount. They also honored the lower price in the app too, which I really appreciated because pet foot is so expensive these days!

Terri is amazing she has groomed/ cut nails for 3 of our dogs and has treated them all amazing! We have been going to her for years and don’t let anyone else cut our dogs nails or hair. Every dog we have had has loved her! She always takes her time and makes sure Polo looks his best
