I’ve taken my Westie to be groomed here several times. Ashely is terrific and our dog, Sophie, has become comfortable with her. I had an appointment for 9 am yesterday. Adam, the grooming manager, called on Monday to see if I could change the appointment. My schedule wouldn’t allow the change. He said, “We’re a little overbooked so there may be a wait. Ashely has 4 dogs coming at 8 a.m.”. Okay. That seemed like a lot so I asked “How long of a wait.” He answered “A couple of hours.” So I dropped her off at 8:55 a.m. At 1:30 pm I called. It has now been 4.5 hours! She was still not done. So drove over at 3:00 pm. It had now been 6 hours!! They said she had been bathed but still needed grooming and nails buffed! I demanded they give her to me. They did and said, “We’re sorry. No charg

The Petco employees at this location are always really great and helpful and today we brought our puppy Zelda, 80 lb German Shepherd / Husky mix, to get groomed and Benjamin did an amazing job. He was polite and took great care of our girl while they had her. She looked and smelt amazing!

I purchased over two weeks ago after carefully treating them before I placed them in my tank less than 24 hours later-My fish all had died! I couldn't find my receipt, so I came out a total loser! I really miss my guppy babies. My fish and tank were totally healthy before this plant! Never buy aquarium plants from this place of business!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vetco through Petco. In early 2025, I brought my first dog to the Allen location under the clear impression that the initial visit was free, as advertised. Instead, the front desk charged me for a complete package. I was upset but paid the large bill at the time. Recently, after purchasing a new puppy, I received a “free first exam” offer with my delivery order. I scheduled an appointment at the Frisco location, only to receive an unpleasant voicemail from Alec stating the visit would not be free because I had already used one — for a completely different pet.
