Petco

My pup and I love to visit Petco in Alexandria. The staff is extremely friendly, the store is clean and has so many interesting things to buy! Most of all… my pup loves all the critters in the store! He stares at them and doesn’t want to leave! Please, stop by and enjoy shopping at Petco in Alexandria!

Absolutely the worst pet store to purchase food for your pet. I purchased two boxes of Honest Kitchen and it had bugs in it. Do not purchase dog from here.

Went by to pickup an online order and was surprised to see Santa already in residence! Happy December 1st indeed! Luis was the perfect elf as well, quickly finding my order so I could be on my way back to my cat.

I came here with the simple intention of buying dog food for my cavapoo, and what I found was absolutely unacceptable. The food bags were literally covered in magnets and spider webs. When I pointed this out to the staff, they couldn’t have cared less—completely dismissive and uninterested. I even asked if there were clean, better-kept bags in the back, and once again I was met with nonchalant, careless responses. This is not only unprofessional but unsanitary. If this is how they handle the products on the floor, I can only imagine what’s happening behind the scenes. I left immediately and will not be returning to this location. The day we finally decided to bring Bluey home, we met Diana, and she made the entire experience so special. She helped us pick out the perfect cage and all the accessories we needed, and even offered a little discount that made it feel truly meant to be. Her warmth, passion, and genuine care turned a long-time dream into reality. Thanks to her, Bluey is now part of our family, and we couldn’t be happier.
