Pet Supplies Plus Yorktown Heights

I was greeted by the store owner (what an amazing woman). Thanks to her knowledge and love for animals I found out that my Shichon pup is supper sensitive to chicken. I purchased lamb kibble and for the first time in 4 years my puppy didn’t wake me up to give her water or to throw up 🤮. Thank you!!

BIRD AND FISH ABUSERS AT THIS STORE, BEWARE!!! Came to purchase bird feed and on my way out the very nice cashier sold me on a parakeet who was by himself and supposedly she would’ve taken if he didn’t sell. I like my ugly ducklings and already thought about him so yall already know I got him. Another staff and a member who was a supposed manager came too aid in getting the bird, the lady smelled profusely of pot, not a problem as I am a stoner myself but as an animal lover it’s not safe to smoke when responsible for even the smallest of pets. The man then proceeded to go at the parakeet in the most atrociously aggressive way I have ever seen. Waste of time to come to this store. No one was helpful and the tanks were 99% empty. What was in the tank was half dead or dying.

Employees are always helpful , and very nice . It's a Great place to go

Don’t come here. Terrible customer service there’s only 1 worker who is actually helpful and kind. The man with glasses I think is the owner who is not helpful nor friendly. Would rather go to Petco & pet smart than give them my business.
