Pet Supplies Plus Waltham

Extremely disappointed with staff member. I just went to this location for the first time to purchase a giftcard and present item for my brother/his dogs and the clerk was ridiculous (female, glasses, nose piercing). I placed the gift card on the counter and she grabbed the gift item that i was still holding out of my hands before I even placed it on the counter. She had a very annoyed demeanor and automatically started giving me directions to swipe the gift card on the pay pad which I thought puzzling and during the hesitation gave an audible sigh and swiped it for me annoyed. The card obviously did not work and it was then when I had the time to request a balance to be added to it. Met with a “why didnt you tell me first”. I am usually one to not write bad reviews and more seldom n

Close to home , under stocked in the fish section when it comes to supplies and critical medicines . A bit pricy but what isn’t nowadays? A decent markdown here and there. Not bad.

This was my 1st time back to this pet shop in years. The young woman was very kind & greeted me & asked if I needed anything special. I went by the animals & she was cleaning & feeding them. We talked about the guinea pigs & the ferret. As we talked , I noticed she had a lot of compassion for each animal. She pet them & played with them. Helping to socialize them. I loved to see she was interacting with them. The store was neat & clean as well as the pets in their cages. I will be returning to this store . It was very welcoming to shop in this store.

Doesn’t smell good in it. Even the price is in budget, but one of the male workers there is so rude. It is a retail store, please be gentle when you talk to a customer!

This was one of the best pet shops I've been to. great specials on everything including pets food. Staff very friendly and helpful. I'm live in Boston but will travel just to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.
