Great rug store. Lots of selections. But most importantly, absolutely fabulous customer service. They couldn't have been nicer and more flexible as we tried to figure out what we wanted. Ultimately, we got exactly the right rug for the room. Their prices are extremely fair – in fact at times surprisingly inexpensive and they do everything they can to make the customers reeds. It's great to have something that's not in a big box store or be trying to get a rug online to work with the same sales person through the process 5 stars

Honestly, I only went in to find a door mat, which I found right away ( great selection). But while waiting for the store to open I started talking to a couple who were also waiting and found out that they were life long customers of the store. Their praise for the place made my decision to wait easier and I was rewarded, found what I was looking for, in and out in 15 minutes.

These guys provide the best customer service it’s possible to deliver. I cannot say enough good things about working with them. I bought a beautiful, handwoven rug at an estate sale, knowing it would need cleaning. They cleaned it beautifully, and custom cut a rug pad for it at a very reasonable price and couldn’t have been nicer to work with. Great business

Not only a great selection of area rugs and hallway runners and carpets and very good prices, but such incredibly nice owner and friendly service! When my mom was taking an hour to choose an area rug, the owner let my 7 year old build a fort out of runner rolls. He literally said, "it's ok, it's what children do, they build forts." We chatted as my mother went through nearly every rug in the store and my kid built a fort. AND the owner let my mother to take two rugs home to see which one looked better, and return the one we didn't take when we came a week later to pick up the custom-cut hallway runner I ordered. My wife and I came here looking to replace a rug that we had ordered online and ended up unsatisfied with. David was very patient and friendly and helped us find a beautiful rug that is a perfect match for our living room. It has vastly improved the look and feel of our new home and we are very happy with it. Highly recommended!
