The knowledgeable staff was efficient, sensitive, and very informative to the realistic situation at hand. They gave me options, without pressure or judgement. I can't tell you how valuable that is, you truly cannot put a price tag on it. Simply put, this was my first time there and will absolutely choose Angell again, regardless of my 50 minute drive in from Littleton. What I appreciated most about Angell is Dr. Nunez. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

The staff at Angell West are fantastic - kind, understanding, responsive to questions, and so caring towards my dog. She is a reactive dog and uncomfortable in new environments (aren't we all?!), and the vet staff approached her with care and kindness, and did their best to make her and I comfortable. It was my first vet visit with her as well, and I had a lot of questions - everything was answered with depth and patience, and it was very helpful. I only had to wait a few minutes before being seen, which was great. Patience, kindness, understanding and care. I didn't feel rushed and every question I had was answered. My dog was a bit anxious, which was to be expected, but the staff did their best to make her feel comfortable.

I brought my bunnies in for a checkup and was very impressed with how thorough the checkup was. I felt that I had a better understanding of my bunnies' health after leaving the appointment and didn't feel rushed at all. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed and the vet and vet tech were very transparent with the costs associated with procedures in order for me to make an informed decision. I appreciated how up front they were about all of my options in the moment and that they took the time to explain everything to me in a way I would understand.

What struck me most is how every person I interacted with at Angell obviously just LOVES animals. I've never been to vet practice where every single employee--from the receptionist, to the vet tech, to the vet herself--literally COOS over each and every animal. It made me feel like they really understand how precious my cat is to me. After just one visit I have complete trust that she'll get the absolute highest quality of care at Angell. Dr Shields has earned herself a new patient for life, if she'll have us. :) There's no way I'd take my baby anywhere else.

Our pup was seen for a fully torn CCL. He is a rear leg tripod which presented an extra challenge. Everything about our experience at Angell West has been wonderful. Our consult with Dr. Peterson-Levitt was extremely thorough. She took the time to answer all of our many questions and concerns and we left feeling very confident that Wrigley would be in the best of hands. We were exceptionally pleased with the speed of getting both the consult and surgery date (both within 1 week of calling for the consult), especially given the challenge of managing this injury at home as a tripod. Other hospitals are booking into the spring for surgical consults and by that time our pup will be fully healed from his surgery. The surgery itself went very well and we received great communication from the sur
