I had a rewards coupon and shopped on a day with 20% off. You can really get some good deals here. The service is great. They let Heavenly Paws have adoptable cats here. They recycle the seemingly non-destructible pet food bags here. All of this makes me very happy. Great place to shop. Who else asks if you want help carrying heavy items to your car???

This store is AMAZING! Tamy, Holly and Madaligh were very helpful, made recommendations and I was greeted at the door when I walked in. They are very knowledgable and they helped me with what I was looking for and answered all my questions. If you want to be treated like family, go Tamy and the team at this location! We had a new puppy coming at the last minute several days ago. She is tiny. 7 months & 2.5 lbs. we had to get a lot of items for the tiny girl and of course I lost or forget my "coupon". The service desk found a coupon code and I was as able to get great deal on quality items! We are going back this weekend to get a few more essentials! The customer service is just something you don't see much anymore - everyone wanted to help. Here is the dog bed we were able to get for a reasonable price and she loves it!

Pet Supplies Plus is the best pet store we have ever had in Shrewsbury and the service is great along with the rewards they offer. And the people at our store are fantastic, absolutely very nice people.

Was camping locally and realized our puppy was overdue for a nail trim. They were able to get her in same day and gave her all the love! She enjoyed the mini pamper while we shopped some great deals in the store. Would definitely recommend this location again!
