⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love shopping at Pet Supplies Plus. I have two cats and a dog, and this store makes caring for all of them easy and affordable. The coupons for cat food are fantastic and really add up, and the $5 dog wash when it’s available is such a great value and super convenient. They also have an incredible amount of inventory with tons of choices, so I can always find exactly what I need (and often discover new products to try). The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind to both pets and people. The store is consistently clean, well organized, and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. Pet Supplies Plus has become my go-to pet store, and I highly recommend it to any pet parent looking for great deals, variety, and excellent service.

My time spent at Pet Supplies Plus today was special. I enjoyed the prices on certain items as well as the myriad of items that were there. What stood out to me most was the exceptional service from Dacory. He offered to help me with what I needed juxtaposed with explaining where and how items are laid out in the store, was more than helpful. He also gave my dog a treat in which he did not have to do. I was very thankful for his knowledgeable and compassionate service.

Over the past couple of months I have started going to this store and am very pleased. On every occasion I have been politely greeted and assisted. ALL associates have been excellent. I wish I had all the names. Three that stand out are Tara, Jeremiah, and Nathaniel ( I think I remember his name correctly-young man with long hair and glasses). The associates are very respectful to my grandchildren listening to their questions and providing needed answers. This is just a GREAT store !

The staff members are indeed pleasant and approachable. However, there is a noticeable lack of attentiveness towards customers. The establishment generally stocks a comprehensive selection of pet supplies. This makes it a convenient location for most pet-related needs. While the service could be improved, the product availability is a significant advantage.
