Pet Supplies Plus Richmond - Ridge Shopping Center

Love this store. We use the Redford naturals for our dogs. Our older dog wasn't always playful or energetic, but since switching a whole back, she's has been. Several times a day she'll engage with our other dog and very lively. Both dogs love the food as well!

I've been here @ 4 times to have my dog groomed. She has spinal bifida. Never had additional fees put on my bill, especially without telling me first. Not sure if she will be back again or just go to a groomer that can handle her special needs, or perhaps I'll start grooming her again myself.

Pet Supplies Plus has a very friendly and helpful staff and everyone is always welcoming. They have great prices and it is awesome having a self service dog wash available. Super convenient and a great store overall.

This place is fantastic! I came here to use the self-wash service after receiving a recommendation, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else! I wasn’t expecting to meet the owner, Rick, but I’m glad I did. He’s amazing and took the time to walk me through the store and show me some food options. If you’re looking for all-natural ingredients for your pet's food, this is the place! I will definitely make this my go-to pet store for supplies, especially since they also offer great discounts!

I absolutely LOVE Pet Supplies Plus in the Ridge Shopping Center!! The people there are very friendly, super knowledgeable, and helpful! And when my car wouldn't start in the parking lot, Doug came out & helped me with a jump-start!! Old-fashioned customer service and new, up-to-date products - it's a win, win, win - for them and ne AND - Apollo!!
