Location & parking is convenient. Supplies are always stocked & provide a good variation. The foods are never pass the expiration dates! Prices are not over blown, facility is clean & the employees are helpful & friendly. Lost/found/adoptable pets are posted. Throughout the year there's a chance to bring pets for reasonable rabies shots & to adopt a pet. At Christmas time there's a pretty little tree to donate to an animal organization in my pet's name.😊

Had a fantastic experience, and the royal canine rep helped me take the huge bag off the shelf and then carried it to the counter for me! I ended up having a coupon and then the entire bag alone was 25% off. Best cost I’ve ever paid. It was a great experience. I will be back real soon!

The groomer Toni is a rock star & dog whisperer! Rockit is almost 17 yrs old. His previous experiences with his grooming appointments were very stressful for him & myself. She listens & is very patient with my senior dog. I'm so grateful I found her!

This store is not in an area that I go to often, yet not far my home. I have been a couple of times previously, but it has been a couple years ago. I had a good experience then. I went on 11/12/2025 and had excellent service and the selection is great and the store not so large and overwhelming - but certainly sufficient. I plan to make this my go-to store for our pets, rather than just grab something at the big box one stop shop stores.
