Dr. Erin and staff are absolutely amazing, I will never take an animal to another vet! Today was a hard day for me and my family, We had to put our American bulldog down, I got him, as a present to my wife and son, when he was just 7 weeks old. He would have been 12 in March. They were so compassionate, empathetic and made the process as easy as possible despite how painful it was for us. They have us all the time we needed and when it was time, our beloved Hobbes went so peacefully. Thank you Patton Chapel Animal Clinic! We Love you guys!

Dr. Sam has been a godsend for me and my family. 3 weeks ago my cat experienced a blockage. It was chronic and my vet recommended seeking out another vet that offered a PU surgery. After calling a few places I learned Patton Chapel does the surgery and made an appointment the same day. Dr. Sam was so nice and cracked jokes to help lighten the situation we were in. He was able to squeeze my cat Lord Beerus in same day for the surgery. Unfortunately, at no fault of Dr. Sam, Beerus was still struggling to pee. Dr. Sam didn’t stop at anything to try to get to the bottom of it. We ended up having to get a cystotomy done after finding stones via ultrasound at VSB (they have an internal medicine specialist with a really fancy ultrasound machine). Patton chapel has been wonderful to us! My 2 year old golden retriever, Milo, loves all the people that works there and he’s always greeted with kindness when he walks in. They’ve helped us through so many health issues, from Milo eating a ceramic butter dish to Milo giving himself colitis of the intestine when he ate an ant bed one time lol. He stays healthy due to the help of Patton Chapel Animal Clinic and all their wonderful staff and veterinarians.

This review is for Dr. Allbritten, who I saw at Avondale Animal Hospital on October 19. I brought in one of my dogs for an emergency situation. Dr. Allbritten was so kind, and so patient with me as I agonized over what the right decision was. She assured me I could take my time to talk it over with my mom who was with me, despite the fact I knew they were close to closing. She never made me feel rushed, and was so gentle and kind to my dog and I during his last moments. She didn’t push me towards anything, she patiently answered all my concerns and gave me the facts, while allowing me to make a decision and then assuring me it was the right one. She was great on a day that was one of the worst days for me. In my opinion, that’s what being a veterinarian is all about. Thank you Dr. Allbritt

The staff is very friendly. They really care for my cat. Dr. Sam is wonderful. I like that he personally calls me about my cat's health.
