Banfield Pet Hospital

We’ve been going to this specific Banfield Pet Hospital for nearly 6 years, they have always treated our babies like they were their own. Becca, Mari, Suzanne, Dr Earley, Dr Shepherd, those are just some of the names to mention. They really do care. They are the absolute best. I can’t say it enough. They take the time to explain things to you and they are always very willing to listen to your concerns and if they have concerns, they sit and they chat with you about it. They don’t just sweep it under the rug. They’re very well rounded, and truly care to me. That’s the perfect veterinarian clinic.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Banfield, especially Dr. Alexandria Sheppard, vet tech Mari, and the rest of the amazing team — including Nia, Suzanne, Kaitlyn, Chara, and so many others whose names we don’t always catch but who always show us the same kindness and care. Every single person at this clinic has treated our family and our three fur babies — Sam (18 years old), Garth (10 years old), and Madison Elizabeth Taylor (estimated 10 years old) — with such genuine compassion and professionalism. Sam and Garth have been with Banfield their whole lives, and Madison has been cared for here since we adopted her in 2017. The receptionists have been nothing but angels with my dog and cat. I started coming to them because they’re open on Sundays and have availability. Mary and Leah (forgive me if I missspelled your name) have always given me reminders when my appointments are coming up. The doctors also take care of my little two guys. I’d give the a 100/100 if I could.

I came here for the second time with my cat, and I really appreciate the care we received. Eden was wonderful. She made sure to assist us again because she wanted to follow up on my cat’s progress, which meant a lot to me. Eden took very good care of our cat and listened carefully when I explained her health issues. She also made sure the doctor received the correct information so my cat could get the best treatment. Her kindness and attention made a stressful situation much easier for us. Thank you, Eden, for your dedication and compassion.

I have 6 cats and 3 dogs at the moment. I've been a Banfield client for 15+ years. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, kind and dedicated to animals. If the injury or sickness is beyond their capabilities, they direct me to clinics with the equipment and expertise.
