Pet Supplies Plus Oxford

The owner was very rude. I asked her a simple question and she got mad and talked to me as if I was a little kid, using sassy remarks and rude facial expression. I felt belittled and disrespected. Not to mention THE DEAD FISH ON THE FLOOR. That she proceeded to step on. She is also very uninformed on fish and was giving me wrong advice. This was a terrible experience and I won’t be going again!

Awful service... Every time I come here there's a huge line but only one employee working the register while several other employees are mulling about stocking or in the back office doing whatever. Clueless... Shouldn't have to wait I'm line for 10-15 minutes to pick up an order that I already placed and paid for online

The "owner" of the store was rude and short-tempered, also claiming that Pet Supplies Plus has NEVER price-mached with Chewy.. Called Washington Township and Rochester stores immediately after to see if that was true and both confirmed that it was not. Go to ANY other Pet Supplies other than this location because unlike this Oxford location, others will actually take good care of you!!

I like to get my pet supplies from here. They have everything I need for my pets and more. They have a huge selection of foods and other supplies. I like the convenient location. They carry the only toy my dog has not yet torn apart after 2 years!

I’ve been going here for years and always had a great experience here. There have been quite a few new hires recently and today one of those new hires was nice enough for me to write a review. Edmund the cashier was very kind and helpful with everything today. We had a large order that was separated between two people and even though I’m pretty sure we confused him her recovered fast and had everything sorted out very fast. Even putting our cart away for us.
