It's always a pleasant trip but yesterday really stood out! 80% of the time I stop by, it's because I'm grabbing dog ice cream because it's hot out or my nephew wants to give the dogs a really special treat. Yesterday, I brought my nephew in with me because he was really restless from sitting down at a restaurant and it was good for him to get moving. The cashier was absolutely excellent with him! The man addressed him like a whole person and not a silly, overly chatty toddler, and that really made him light up. He really engaged with him while we were checking out and that really made the trip extra special. He loves the chance to feel grown up, and the cashier let him have that & was super friendly/kind. I just regret not getting his name to shout him out specifically! He left the store

Great local pet store with friendly staff

Pet bathing area was disgusting when we got there. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several days, hair everywhere, dirty towel bin was overflowing. This is the only Pet Supplies Plus I’ve ever had issues with and it’s consistently bad.

A few months back i adopted one of my cats here, he was really well taking care and healthy, thanks for ur services!
