Pet Supplies Plus N. Reading

Cheila has been grooming my Aussiedoodle for several years, even before she came to Pet Supplies Plus. She is AMAZING!! Not only does she always groom my dogs beautifully (we’ve recently adopted another pup) she truly cares for my dogs and takes the time to connect with me as well as with them. I won’t take my dogs to anyone else.

11/14/25 - Was my visit and was due to my dog rolling in mud puddle . Learned they had diy dog wash and pet supply plus made it a great conveyance to get my baby clean . I recommend PSP and will visit again .

Been to use dog wash a couple times and each time it's dirty. First time tub was filthy and I had them go back and clean it. Next time there was little small amounts of dog hair left, but the "clean" towel rolls, when opened, were full of matted dog fur. I tossed 6 like this in the laundry hamper before I have up and just blow dried my dog. There was also dog hair all over the floor in the back between the groomer and dog wash and it was blowing into the aisles. They need to hire more people or teach people to properly clean. (There's only 1-2 people working anytime I've been there). Crew is super friendly but I feel the place is woefully understaffed.

Today after my dog got into the Ipswich river and rolled in unknown substance,I was informed self wash was closed no hot water...being that I can only get his nails done in tub,I asked if I could just get nails and rinse ..he agreed...at which point washing him is what he needed..bad ! Being he tolerated the river temp,he handled cold water fine .half hour later( after looking for an attendant,he was washed and being dried. As another customer come with his dog and did the same... 45 mins in,the " Manager" ( who looks like he lives in a tent ) screamed and yelled profanities at us and threw us both out ! I was willing to pay full price,but considering he threw us out we left ! Now I am a groomer of 45 years,this guy is screaming how we are hurting the dogs !! Um sure Ipswich River was cold
