staff are professional and very caring toward their clientele. I have had my dogs going there since 1998 when Joan Barufaldi was still alive. I have always had good experience there even when the difficult time came to say good bye to our former pets. The staff are compassionate and skilled.

We have been taking our small dogs (Maltese and Yorkies) to Dr Cox and team for over 10 years. Dr Cox, the other Vets and the entire staff at the North Reading Veterinary Center are the best!!!

We have found the staff to be both caring and thorough when caring for our two dogs. They have been able to clearly explain their findings and lay out the various options for care. They take the time to answer all of our questions and concerns.

SS. was the vet. Our clients walked into the vet office a couple of days after the dog was transported for 48 hours and the vet immediately went over to the puppy. ( 6 month old ) He growled and backed away . Her reaction was to muzzle and restrain . As soon as she walked into the room, she looked at the dog and said he’s a great Pyrenees . I’m not sure if she realizes this, but there are a variety of breeds that have an extra declaw on the back .Not sure if she has ever had great Pyrenees experience but obviously Not educated on the breed . She told the people that this dog was a great Pyrenees just from looking at him. She totally talked the people out of keeping him. Which is a shame because he will find another home and their home was just fine for him. She needs to be educated about R

I have moved around a lot since leaving North Reading but I will always make the commute back here for North Reading Vet Clinic. They have taken such good care of my dog these last ten years as well as other family pets years before that. My dog is one nervous guy and they always cater to him so well and are so so patient with him. The prices here aren't nearly as high as they would be at a big vet hospital either which is great! They also accept care credit which I love. They are quick to answer phones and flexible with scheduling. Thanks to all the vet techs and docs who have taken such good care of Hunter!
