Very friendly staff very helpful and they definitely love your pets. The store is clean. The dog wash area is well kept and well stocked.

I’ve been bringing my pup to PSP for grooming since she was little, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My long-haired corgi, Maggie, needs some extra attention—especially when it comes to her signature Corgi booty—and Vanessa always delivers! She’s a truly skilled groomer who consistently gives Maggie the perfect cut. Our pup always comes home happy, silky soft, and looking her best. A+ service every time!

In my opinion, this is the friendliest and most understanding pet supply store in the entire north side of Chicago. I have a beautiful 5 year old German Shepherd that Petco and Petsmarts all throughout the Chicagoland area were refusing to groom due to a couple minor soars on his paw caused by a health condition. The pushback to help my Shepherd was absolutely perplexing. I believe the real reason is the staff were somewhat intimidated about dealing with working line shepherds. Petco and Petsmarts have lost my business forever. I made an appointment with Lilly who is a groomer at this establishment and she went above and beyond to deliver excellent service! My GSD’s nails were done quickly and perfectly. They also have a self service dog wash that Petco and Petsmart locations do not

I get both of my Yorkies groomed but Vanessa. She always does Amazing job! She takes her time and does exactly what I asked for when it comes to the haircuts. If you’re looking for a dog groomer I highly recommend Vanessa at Pet Supplies plus on Lincoln.
