I'm not sure who in the store does this, but every online order I have comes with a little note. This specific one included a duck and some twinkling stars drawn on it, and it's a really nice touch on an otherwise generic order. Really made my day.

A fine new Lenexa store. Excellent variety and value, as prices are about 2 % less than the big name stores. They also have a good rewards program, mailing $10 and 10% off coupons out to regular customers. I like this place a lot!! Helpful staff too!

They have everything. Even exotic pets food and supplies. Went in to get ferret kibble because everywhere else was out and online orders are 2 weeks away. This place has 2 bathing stations you can use yourself. I would definitely recommend it.
