You couldn’t have a better vet for your pet family than here with Dr C and Dr Bailey and their staff. I have been a customer and with Dr C since 2015 and to say she is the most caring vet is an understatement. Words can’t express how much they care about you and your pets wellbeing but I will try to explain how much they truly care. When my 18 year old cat died last year, Dr C and Wendy cried with me and we hugged and they were such a comfort during one of my saddest times in my life. They also gave me a paw imprint I cherish of my dear Chloe with a lock of hair. I have 3 senior pets still, including one that is 19 years old with arthritis so I see them a lot nowadays with her arthritis shots. They are so good at helping me with any issues that arise, which is a lot with senior pets it fee

Dr. C, Wendy, and the entire staff at Vetco Total Care SouthPaw are absolutely AMAZING!! Dr. C has been our vet for 8 years and has always taken the best care of my pup. At Vetco SouthPaw they do a great job of listening to all of your concerns and answering any questions you have. This office is my pups favorite place to visit and Dr. C is definitely his favorite person he knows! 5 stars every day, could not recommend them more!!!

Dr. C was fantastic. Being on the spectrum myself, she made me feel seen, heard, and was beyond attentive to my dog - who did not make her nail trim so easy.

I brought my kitten in early June for his initial vet visit after getting him in late May. During this time he received his rabies vaccination and a FIV/FeLV and fecal test were apparently ordered. No physical sample was ever taken in house nor was I provided with any materials to collect it outside, however, I was still charged for a service that I did not receive. Similarly, the clinic apparently had computer issues that did not allow them to sync with Petco’s records so I am unable to see the test results of the FIV/FeLV test online, nor did I ever receive a call from the clinic (mind you this has been over two months ago). I recently took my kitten to another PETCO/Vetco clinic for the FIV vaccine and they as well were unable to access any records from Southpaw showing that he had
