Canceled my grooming appointment two hours before. Said if I want to schedule another appointment then go online to make the appointment. No reason was given!🫤

I have been taking my dog here for close to two years. We are so lucky to have found Meaghan in grooming. She is so kind and patient. We have never once left unsatisfied with his groom, no wonder it's hard to get an appointment! For reference I have a 9 year old male golden doodle who's about 40lbs. Meaghan is time efficient but I know she takes her time to ensure my dog is comfortable due to his anxiety. She is such a gem and we are so fortunate to have found her!

Megan is the best groomer. So sweet and attentive. So hard to find someone who cuts nails well and she does an amazing job every time. Even squeezed us in for a walk in!

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of pet goods in the size area. The kids working were nice and helpful. I needed an elk antler for my LSG and don't know the availability since there aren't a lot of mountain dogs in South Carolina. They not only had a split but a whole elk antler.
